MY RULES TO BUILD A WILDLY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS

Here are the 10 rules for building a successful business that I have learnt through my experiences

"Be ready to lose money initially." - If you are not willing to be patient and if you are not willing to invest both your money and time, please do not think about starting a business.

"Be humble yet bold" - You will need to respect your partners, customers and everyone involved. While at the same time, you need to show up as confident and be able to convince everyone around you. if you do not believe in this please do not think about starting a business.

"Don't compromise on the long term" - Decide on your north star and never compromise on your long-term plan. If you are someone looking for short term gains, please do not think about starting a business

"Be ready to rotate people" - One of the hardest parts of starting a business is recruiting and retaining good people. While at the same time you cannot expect people to stay with you forever. If you don't have a good plan to rotate people and still survive the attrition especially when you are starting up, please do not think about starting a business.
